About me

My Profile

Rowen Astrom is an ANLP qualified coach, consultant and communications leader. She has led teams and worked on Change and Transformation Programs for some of the largest Energy & Infrastructure companies in the region.

With a dual specialization in coaching and communications, Rowen’s unique approach helps organizations and executives use language intentionally to achieve clarity, establish authority and secure buy-in from their stakeholders, whether for new business development, career progression or employee retention.

She holds a UK CIM Level 7 Marketing Leadership Diploma, specializing in Corporate Reputation Management and is a trained Leadership Challenge Facilitator and Certified Sustainability Practitioner from the Center for Sustainability and Excellence – CSE.
